On March 31, 2023, at 09:00, the Association's Members' Assembly met via Google Meet.
Outgoing President Persico presents last year's activities and goes on to illustrate the balance sheet. He presents the Association's financial statements as at 31 December 2022 which the Assembly approves unanimously.
After some statutory changes necessary for a better organization of the Association, the new organizational chart is proposed to the defendants. In light of the statutory amendments, the Management Committee has proposed the following new organizational chart of the Association to be ratified by the Members' Assembly:
- President: Patrizia Capizzi
- Vice-presidents: Alessandro Fedeli, Fabrizio Frezza, Damiano Martorelli
- Secretary: Pier Matteo Barone
- Treasurer: Raffaele Persico
- Enter the Board of Directors: Filippo Bovio, Piero Fiaccavento, Fabrizio Frezza
- The following left the Board of Directors: Vincenzo Lapenna, Paolo Papeschi
The Board is thus currently composed of eight (8) members. The Assembly approves unanimously.
